BETTER BOOTY BUILDING PROGRAM FAQ

  • How many days a week will I need to exercise for the Better Booty Program?        

    5-6 days per week depending on the phase you are in.​

  • How long is each workout in the Better Booty Program?       

    Depending on experience, 45 Min-60 Min.​

  • Do I need to have a gym membership?       

    For the Better Booty 12 week Program you will need access to most gym equipment. An apartment gym can work as well, as long as there are free weights (Barbells, Dumbbells), smith machine, and cables as well as a bench.

    CHALLENGE FAQ

  • How many times am I going to be working out? 

    You will be working out 3-4 times a week as well as additional Bodyweight HIIT/core days and Outdoor Cardio days. So overall you will be exercising 6 days a week. 

    How long is each workout in the Challenge? 

    Each workout can take anywhere between 60-90 min. The BODYWEIGHT HIIT/CORE workouts will be shorter.     

  • What kind of workouts are there in this challenge?

    The workouts are all HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. You will have a mixture of Full Body HIIT workouts that include weights as well as Bodyweight HIIT/CORE workouts you can do at home. You DO NOT need to be fit to join the challenge.

  • Do I need access to a gym to join the Challenge?

    No, this challenge was designed to be done at home. Regardless of what weights you have this challenge can be completed with minimal equipment. Everything you need is explained in the PDF you receive once purchased.

    GENERAL FAQ

  • Do I need to purchase resistance bands for these programs and challenges?       

    Yes, all programs and challenges have you using of booty bands but it is optional​​.

  • Will I still have access to the workouts once I finish the program and/or challenge?       

    Yes, as long as you save it to your phone or computer you will continue to have access.

  • Are there going to be the same workouts I see on your instagram?

    Yes, all these workouts are designed by be so you will definitely be using some of the moves you may have seen.

  • Will I drop body fat on these programs and challenges?        

    Yes, as long as you stick to everything I lay out for you!​

  • Can I access the workouts through my phone?

    Once purchased, you will get a downloadable PDF file sent to your email. From there you can print or save it to your phone.  Every exercise is a clickable link that will take you right to the exercise demonstrations. Make sure to download the FREE Vimeo app.

  • Can I return my product?

    Since this is an online challenge you will be receiving a downloadable PDF file, therefore there are no returns. But if there is anything else I can do to help I certainly will. I aim to bring you guys the best customer service possible.
