This 30-day at-home program was built for busy parents, professionals, and anyone juggling work, family, and real life, especially going into a new year. I know how every January starts with big goals… and then reality hits fast. Long gym sessions, complicated programs, and unrealistic expectations usually don’t last. Everything in this program can be done at home with just a pair of dumbbells. No fancy equipment, no packed gyms in January, and no wasted time trying to figure out what to do. The workouts are efficient, straightforward, and realistic — something you can get done before the kids wake up, on a lunch break, or after a long day when motivation is low but you still want to keep a promise to yourself.
This isn’t about starting the new year perfectly — it’s about starting it consistently. It’s about building momentum early, creating routines that actually stick, and proving to yourself that even on your busiest days, you can still show up, get stronger, and feel better. FAQs
WHAT IF I’M TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT?
The great thing about these programs and challenges is that it doesn’t matter what your personal body goals are. The workouts and nutrition plan I lay out for you can help you gain, or even shed unwanted body fat. When figuring out your caloric intake it’ll show the amount of calories you should be eating. As long as you stick to the plan, and read all the info I give you, you will be surprised by how you look after these 3 months.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The main workouts are going to be about 40 minutes long. That includes a warm up, 2 circuits and then a finisher. If you are short on time I suggest just performing both the circuits. That will take around 25 minutes.
CAN I JOIN THE CHALLENGE IF I’M A BEGINNER?
Of course! Just remember that this is a challenge so it will be tough. Even some of the more advanced have a hard time pushing through. But if you stay consistent and give it all you got, the results will show!
CAN WORKOUTS BE MODIFIED?
Yes all workouts can be modified. If you don’t have a certain piece of equipment like dumbbells, bands etc. You can always use your own bodyweight or anything you find that can make a good substitute. All necessary modifications will be mentioned in the workouts.
DOES THIS CHALLENGE COME WITH A MEAL PLAN?
Not exactly. I give you a breakdown of how many calories you should be eating for your goals as well as a macronutrient guide and meal plan/prep tips. I also give you some sample meal plans for a 1500 calorie diet.
CAN I USE THIS CHALLENGE IN THE GYM?
Of course! Even though you really only need dumbbells for this challenge you can incorporate a barbell for certain exercises as well as a cable machine and any other gym equipment you may find useful.
IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR OTHER CHALLENGES?
YES, all of my challenges will always be completely different. Unlike my other challenges, THIS challenge allows you to figure out exactly how much YOU should be eating for your goals.
DOES THE EBOOK ERASE AFTER 30-DAYS?
Once you receive the email with your ebook, please make sure to save it to your phone or computer. The email link will expire after 24hrs but if you save it (for example) on your google drive or iBooks you will have access to it for as long as you wish.

Remember though, that you also will have access to 100+ different follow along workouts! After the month, you have the option to cancel your subscription or continue for a low price of $7.99/month.
