Are you you struggling with staying on track when it comes to your workouts? I know it may be hard especially during this crazy time we're in. This 6 week program is going to help make your lives A LOT easier when it comes to training. All you need is your own bodyweight and resistance bands to complete this program. If you have dumbbells you may use them as well but they're not required.
This workout program is safe for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or even pregnant, you will be able to perform all exercises right from your own home.
You will be training 5 days a week and all the workouts are super-set and circuit based with up to 3 different circuits in each workout. Stay consistent throughout the 6 weeks and you will be surprised with how defined your abs, arms, and of course BOOTY will look.

As the name implies, this program is designed to help shape and tone your overall physique with using minimal equipment. Now you may think that because you'll only be using bands and your own bodyweight that this is going to be easy. WRONG. Bodyweight training is sometimes the most difficult way to train. Throw some band work in the mix and now we have some serious and intense training sessions.
