COMMIT TO BE FIT 30-DAY CHALLENGE

$109.95

These next 30 Days are going to be crucial if you want to start making fitness and health a habit. These workouts WILL be challenging but with the right mindset you CAN and you WILL SUCCEED.

All of the workouts will consist up to 4 different circuits. Each circuit will have a series of exercises that are to be performed back to back with little to no rest in between each. You must complete the circuit for the given number of rounds before moving on to the next circuit of that workout.

This challenge includes workouts that target your Upper Body, Lower Body, and Full Body. There will also be additional HIIT/Core days as well as Active Rest Days. ALL of these workouts are designed to burn a significant amount of calories not only while you're doing the workout but also after your workout.

For the Bodyweight HIIT/Core workouts feel free to add some weight or resistance bands to make the exercises a little more intense. You may do so by adding them around your ankles or legs. These workouts will be shorter depending on how long you will need to rest. If it takes longer than expected, challenge yourself to rest for a shorter period of time.

EVERY WORKOUT will have a link that will take you to FOLLOW ALONG VIDEOS of either me or a client performing each circuit.

Along with the workouts you will be following a nutrition plan designed to help you get slim and toned faster than ever before. You will be given recipes that’ll help you meal prep so you have NO EXCUSES to not eat healthy.

This Challenge also includes:

  • Downloadable & Printable 30-day training guide in PDF form

  • Download & access on any smart device, TV, or laptop

  • 30 days of different upper body, lower body, and full body HIIT workouts
