Over the next 30 days you will be challenged with a series of Full Body HIIT workouts that have helped Sivan stay slim and toned before, during and after her baby. When I train Sivan I usually  have her perform 2 different circuits. She's busy being a mom, wife, running her businesses, blog etc. so she likes to do A LOT in a little amount of time.

Each circuit will have up to 6 exercises and each exercise is to be performed back to back with little to no rest in between each exercise. Each circuit will have a given number of rounds that you will need to complete before moving on to the next circuit of that workout. To make the exercises a little more intense you may add ankle weights and or booty bands.

Each week includes 3-4 Full Body HIIT workouts as well as Bodyweight HIIT/CORE workouts and Cardio/Recovery Options on the other days. These workouts are designed to burn a significant amount of calories not only while you're doing the workout but also after your workout. 30-Days of DIFFERENT HIIT Workout Routines designed to help sculpt and tone your whole body.
