SCULPT Season 2 30-Day Challenge
ARE YOU READY FOR ANOTHER GREAT 30-DAY CHALLENGE!?
This Challenge is different than any other 30-day challenge I have put out. With this challenge you will be able to follow Carissa for the ENTIRE Workout. So you won’t be struggling on your own! This will help you with that EXTRA push you ay need.
The challenge consists of 10 DIFFERENT Workouts that you will be performing. Workouts will not be longer than 50 minutes. I keep it simple but VERY EFFECTIVE. After completing all 10 workouts in the first 2 weeks, you will then cycle back through them but only this time CHALLENGING yourself to perform each one better. Whether it's better form, heavier weights etc.
All of the workouts will consist up to 4-5 different circuits. Each circuit will have a series of exercises that are to be performed back to back with little to no rest in between each. You must complete the circuit for the given number of rounds before moving on to the next circuit of that workout. If you are having trouble following us through the workout, I provide you with rest times after each exercise. So just pause us, and then pick it right back up.
I also provide you with Bodyweight Sculpt HIIT Workout as well as different cardio options to choose from on your rest days. ALL of these workouts are designed to burn a significant amount of calories not only while you're doing the workout but also after your workout.
