


12 WEEK AT HOME BOOTY PROGRAM
This 12 Week program was created for those women who not only want a nice set of glutes, but for women who also want to change their lifestyle. If you follow the nutritional guidelines, and stay consistent with the workouts you WILL get that waist, legs and BOOTY you’ve always wanted. Along with that will come a better mood, more energy, more confidence, and overall a better outlook on life.
There are three phases to this program and every phase progressively gets more difficult. Each month will be a different phase.
Every exercise in this program can be done from your own home. If you don't have access to dumbbells that's totally fine you can use your own bodyweight and still see some amazing results. However I made sure to include weighted exercises for those who do have access to dumbbells. If you have dumbbells make sure to include them in the exercises to maximize results.
